How to Purchase: 

1. Select the value of your digital gift card
2. Continue through to checkout. In the ‘notes’ section of the order form please include the name of the gift card recipient (who you are giving the gift card to) and their email address if you want it sent directly to them. This is also the place to add any extra notes/messages you would like us to include on the gift card.
3. PLEASE NOTE: At checkout you will be required to enter YOUR name and a physical address (even though the gift card is digital). Nothing will be posted to you, this is for billing purposes only.
4. Complete the check-out process & wait to receive your digital gift card in your email inbox! (it will be sent as a PDF file). THIS PROCESS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS – PLEASE PHONE ORDER TO RECEIVE DIGITAL GIFT CARD IMMEDIATELY.

Please Note: 

• Gift cards are best used in one transaction (if not we will need to manually create a new unique coupon code to the value of the left over amount). Due to this we recommend purchasing multiple smaller value gift cards if you think the recipient would prefer to place multiple smaller orders throughout the year. We can consolidate this by providing all unique gift card codes on to the one PDF if you would prefer (e.g. if you purchase 3 x $20 gift cards for the same person, we can provide all three unique codes on the one gift card). Please just mention this in the notes section of check-out.
• All digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchasing date.
• Digital gift cards may take up to 24 hours to receive when ordered during the week or 48 hours if ordered over the weekend.  Please give us a call on 0490503674 during office hours (8am – 4pm) and place a phone order to receive immediately.
