Returns & Refunds Policy:

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for shopping on our website! We trust that you are satisfied with the purchase you have made, but also we understand that mistakes can happen on both ends! This policy outlines the steps you and us will take to make sure your shipping experience will keep you coming back time and time again.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted and the type of refund will depend on the certain conditions.

You must notify us of your intention to return the unused goods within 14 days of you taking receipt of the goods.

Returns will only be accepted provided the goods are unused and in the same condition that you received it from us. In order for us to help, you should make an effort to ensure suitable repackaging is used and should allow for adequate protection of the goods during return transit. Please contact us to discuss return shipping options before sending.

REFUND:

Any returns where the buyer’s situation has changed or the buyer changes their mind may not automatically receive a full refund.

In cases where you receive a refund, you may only receive the cost to us of the original shipping incurred will be deducted from your purchase amount. Discretion may be given in special circumstances. Return shipping in these situations is to be paid by you, the buyer.

Once we have received the returned goods and after inspection, as soon as we are happy with the condition of the goods, we will organise for a refund to be made.

REPLACEMENTS:

Replacements will be sent out at our cost for products supplied with manufacturer faults or if the wrong product was sent. If the product was damaged during shipping or after receipt by you, contact us to discuss options at that time, as in some cases you may need to take up the issue with the freight company. 

Keep in mind that your positive experience is our goal – we do not plan to leave you out in the cold!
