Use of this website and/or transactions between yourself and us (HT Concepts Pty Ltd) is only on the condition that you agree to comply with these terms. That also includes any interactions between yourself and us (HT Concepts Pty Ltd).

PRICES:
All prices quoted on this website include Shipping. All prices quoted include 10% GST if applicable and 5% Nursery Container Levy (if applicable) which is collected by the government on behalf of the Nursery Industry Australia. The nursery levy is used to fund programs that are designed to keep Australia secure from foreign and domestic pests, as well as to promote the Australian Plant growing industry. That is overseen by various government appointed organisations.

All our products are brand-new and have never been used. They are high quality products suitable for growing plants. All care will be taken to ensure ours and your safety, but we (HT Concepts Pty Ltd, Trading as Nursery and Garden Supplies) will not accept responsibility for any mishap, injury or loss of any kind either caused by us, the freight carrier or the buyer, except where the applicable laws will enforce such liability.
As we are an Australian Business that operates entirely within the boundary of Australia, we are subject to whatever Australian laws are applicable for the sale of products within Australia. Any dispute resolution must take place within Australia and we limit any such dispute resolution as subject to Australia Law only..
MEASUREMENTS:
All Measurements that are provided by the manufacturers may or may not be 100% accurate for all products. We try to also include the correct measurements as measured by us. The industry standard for measuring a planter bag is to measure it when the bag is filled with soil already.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SUPPLY:
We reserve the right to refuse to supply a customer for whatever reason we may have, within the confines of applicable Australian Laws. If the customer has paid money and we refuse to supply, the money will be refunded to the customer.
